Your First Visit

Prior to your appointment, in most cases we will mail you the health registration forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment and meet your particular health needs. Please bring the completed forms to your first visit.

Your initial visit can last up to two hours. Our goal is to become very familiar with your case in order to provide you information outlining your present condition, treatment options available, and an individually designed plan to evaluate your oral health. We want to address your concerns and answer your questions. In some cases, we can also begin your periodontal therapy (dental cleaning and soft tissue treatment as appropriate).
